Compliance Intern

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and eager Compliance Intern to join our team. This internship presents an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to compliance practices, learn about industry standards, and contribute to our compliance efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the compliance team to review company policies, procedures, and practices, ensuring alignment with regulations and industry standards.
• Assist in researching laws and regulations, providing insights to the compliance team.
• Support the creation of compliance training materials for employees, enhancing understanding of compliance-related subjects.
• Participate in monitoring and testing compliance processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the preparation of documents and reports for audits and examinations.
• Assist in compliance risk assessments, aiding in identifying potential risks.
• Help draft and update compliance-related documentation, including policies and procedures.
• Maintain organized records of compliance activities and findings.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Business, Law, Finance, or related field.
• Interest in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze information.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks.
